The individuals responsible for and are operating the RNM technology are claiming to be operating out of Cincinnati Ohio and are apparently enabling a Sexual Harassment Criminal Racketeering Operation involving masturbation (NO JOKE). This Racketeering operation is apparently being run by allowing and giving other individuals illegal criminal access to the victim's person (audio and sight) via Remote Neural Monitoring Satellite technology which is allowing these individuals to illegally criminally log onto the internet and hear and see what the victims are hearing and seeing. These individuals are apparently paying the victims family as a Racketeering service for letting these individuals criminally access this criminal Racketeering service via computers and the internet. These individuals are using cover, reasons and excuses such as (1.) "The victim has a disease and we are secretly healing it with the technology" and
(2.) "we are doing a government investigation". these are the lies that are being used to cover this illegal criminal racketeering business. More information will be released soon.
