(1.) As sophisticated as this technology is, there is NO way that it would take anywhere near 8 years for the reason being medical purposes, common sense should tell you that.
(2.) In actuality what would brain reading have to do with healing or even studying a disease? even if the individual had brain cancer?, common sense should tell you that.
(3.) What does Silent Sound from Remote Neural Monitoring technology, and being subjected to it 24-7 have to do with studying or healing a disease?
(4.) What does violating an individuals Civil and Constitutional rights 24-7, have to do with healing or studying a disease? common sense should tell you that.
(5.) What does harassing and violating an individuals Civil and Constitutional rights 24-7 with the illegal use of technology and an illegal criminal relay and repeat notification system due to this technology, have to do with studying or healing a disease? common sense should tell you that.
(6.) What does illegally criminally giving certain individuals access to a computer log where these individuals are given access to that persons being (audio and video) over the internet, have to do with studying or healing a disease???? common sense should tell you that.
(7.) What does being tortured and intentionally kept awake with this technology have to do with studying or healing a disease? common sense should tell you that.

With out all the microwaving after 14 years our gov are dicks they ripped me off my whole life.
