The Criminal Bogus "Investigation"
This is what these criminals are doing to innocent people here in the United States and calling an "Investigation" Most importantly these criminals are NOT AUTHORIZED to be doing any kind of investigation, This "Investigation" is completely Bogus, illegal and Criminal and is meant to Harass Terrorize and "break" that person. This is how this bogus illegal "Investigation" works
(1.) lock Remote Neural Monitoring satellite technology on to an innocent individual that can read that persons mind, Tap into that persons TV's, radios, car radios, cell phones, police scanners Etc.. to Harass that person 24 hours a day and also assault that person with Directed Energy.
(2.) Neighbors along with that persons family are being (Illegally) given access to some kind of computer or telephone log to log in and read and keep track of pieces of the victims private thoughts (Evoked Thought Potentials) and actions due to the brain reading/decoding capability of this satellite technology.
(3.) When that person is inside the privacy of his or her home, the neighbors who have been given unlawful and illegal access to this phone and computer log, will log in and read what type of activity that person is doing inside his or her home then do things to Harass that person and let that person know they know what activity that person is doing and that they are violating that persons Constitutional and Civil Rights (PsychologicalWarfare). Example if that person is inside on his or her computer looking at youtube videos of a baseball game the neighbors who have been given Unlawful Criminal access to the computer or phone log, may do something like walk outside and put a baseball bat into their vehicle. Example 2 if that person is inside washing their hair in the shower a neighbor or individual who has been given Unlawful and Illegal access to the computer log might walk outside rubbing their hands on their head as if they are washing their hair.
(4.) That person's family member (s) who have been coerced and given unlawful access to this computer or phone log will use what is called Directed Conversation around that person to convey to that person that they know what that person is doing at all times.

If that person ark's his family or neighbor what is going on with all this and why this Criminal Activity is being perpetrated against him or her, that person will be LIED to and Gas-lighted and told things such as "I don't know what your talking about" "Your Crazy" or "You need to see a psychiatrist". This is designed to make that person doubt their own perception and to make that person look mentally ill when that person try's to explain all this to other individuals.
(6.) Neighbors and individuals who have been recruited or Coerced into this Criminal Operation and Terror campaign against that person will try to "Trigger" that person to some alleged crime that person has allegedly committed. This triggering may include these neighbors using numbers, actions, police 10 codes, the time of day or 'skits' known as Street Theater. at the same time that person will be LIED to by subtly reminding that person this is an "investigation" and that this is "confidential information" which is a complete LIE see (2.) and (3.)
(7.) That person may be Harassed or verbally threated with bodily harm or death over their TV's radios, or Police scanners by synthetic voices done with this Remote Neural Monitoring Satellite Technology which that person may have recorded. "Interception and disclosure of wire, oral, or electronic communications prohibited an offense under this subsection that consists of or relates to the interception of a satellite transmission that is not encrypted or scrambled and that is transmitted—(1) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter any person who— (a) intentionally intercepts, endeavors to intercept, or procures any other person to intercept or endeavor to intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communication; (b) intentionally uses, endeavors to use, or procures any other person to use or endeavor to use any electronic, mechanical, or other device to intercept any oral communication when (i) such device is affixed to, or otherwise transmits a signal through, a wire, cable, or other like connection used in wire communication (i) intentionally discloses, or endeavors to disclose, to any other person the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication, intercepted by means authorized by sections 2511 (2)(a)(ii), 2511 (2)(b)–(c), 2511(2)(e), 2516, and 2518 of this chapter, shall be punished as provided in subsection (4) or shall be subject to suit as provided in subsection (5). (4) (a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this subsection or in subsection (5), whoever violates subsection (1) of this section shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. As you can see this is the penalty for such offense".
